One offer. Three useful posts. A plan for the next seven days.

One offer. Three posts. Seven days. Here it is filled in, then the blank sheet to copy — no account, no email.

Example — this worksheet

The offer

A free campaign worksheet for solo service businesses planning their next three posts.

Filled in for the page you are reading — not an invented business. Yours will be a service rather than a worksheet. The shape is the same.

  1. Day 1A problem they recognise

Your service is ready. Your next post is not. Start with one offer, one audience and one next step. Free template: https://www.marketingcommander.app/templates/7-day-campaign-plan

  2. Day 3How it works

One offer gives you three posts: a problem your buyer recognises, how you solve it, and what they can buy. Free template: https://www.marketingcommander.app/templates/7-day-campaign-plan

  3. Day 5The plain offer

A short brief, a worked example and a seven-day plan. Read it and copy it without signing up. Free template: https://www.marketingcommander.app/templates/7-day-campaign-plan

Drafts, written to show the shape. Not published posts.

The seven days

  1. Day 1Choose the offer. Check the link. Share the first post.
  2. Day 2Answer replies.
  3. Day 3Share the second post.
  4. Day 4Check enquiries and measured clicks.
  5. Day 5Share the third post.
  6. Day 6Follow up on active conversations.
  7. Day 7Record results. Choose one improvement.
The blank sheet — seven lines to fill in
  1. 1. The specific offer

The one thing you want people to take up this week.

  2. 2. The exact audience

Narrow enough that they would recognise themselves.

  3. 3. The problem

What is actually going wrong for them right now.

  4. 4. The actual deliverable

What they receive. Not the benefit — the thing.

  5. 5. Real evidence

Something true you can point at. Leave it blank rather than invent it.

  6. 6. One next action

The single thing you want them to do.

  7. 7. A working destination

Where that action leads. Open it and check it works.

Then one sentence: “I help [who] with [what is going wrong] by [what I deliver].”

What to write down at the end of the week

Where you did not measure something, write not measured — never zero. They are different facts.

  • Visits (if measured)
  • CTA clicks (if measured)
  • Relevant enquiries
  • Agreed conversations or demos
  • Paid customers
  • The objection you heard most
  • The one thing you will change
