Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Marketing Commander, operated by Luminia Productions, processes information when you use the mobile app and related web services.

1. Information we process

  • Account information, including your email address, name, authentication identifiers and workspace membership.
  • Content you provide, such as prompts, campaign briefs, audience details, website URLs, feedback and files you choose to use.
  • Generated marketing material, campaign records, approvals, publishing choices and related workspace activity.
  • Plan, credit balance, transaction status and subscription information. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Marketing Commander.
  • Limited technical and diagnostic information needed to secure, operate and troubleshoot the service.

2. AI processing

Prompts and relevant campaign context are sent to our server-side AI providers to create responses and requested assets. Depending on availability and the selected workflow, these providers may include OpenAI or Groq.

API credentials remain on our servers and are not included in the mobile app. Marketing Commander does not publish generated content automatically; you choose and approve downstream actions.

3. Device permissions

Microphone access is requested only when you choose a voice feature. Media-library write access is requested only when you choose to save a final asset. The Android app does not request broad read access to your photo, video or audio library.

4. Why we use information

  • Provide authentication and workspace isolation.
  • Create and store the marketing output you request.
  • Manage credits, subscriptions and service entitlements.
  • Prevent abuse, protect accounts and diagnose failures.
  • Respond to support, privacy and deletion requests.
  • Improve reliability and the user experience.

5. Service providers

We use specialist service providers to run Marketing Commander. These may include Supabase for authentication and data services, Vercel for hosting, OpenAI or Groq for AI processing, Stripe for payment processing, Expo for app delivery and Google Play for Android distribution.

Providers process information only for their relevant service and under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell personal information and do not use third-party advertising SDKs in the mobile app.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and workspace information is generally retained while your account is active. When you request deletion, we delete or de-identify associated information unless limited retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing records or another legal obligation.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Data already saved to your own device is under your control and must be removed from that device separately.

7. Security and transfers

We use encrypted network connections, authenticated API requests and workspace-level access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual and legal safeguards apply.

8. Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, object to certain processing, or ask a privacy question. Account deletion is available through the app’s Account section and our public account-deletion page.

9. Children

Marketing Commander is a business and marketing tool and is not directed to children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
