Delete your Marketing Commander account

You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app installed. We verify ownership before removing an account and its associated data.

Submit your request

  1. Email us from the address connected to your Marketing Commander account.
  2. Use the subject “Marketing Commander account deletion”.
  3. Tell us whether you want the entire account deleted or only specific stored content.
  4. Complete any reasonable ownership-verification step we send you. Never send your password.
Request account deletion

What is deleted

After verification, the account, profile, workspace membership and associated campaign, content and generated asset records are deleted or de-identified. We also request deletion from relevant processors where required.

What may be retained

Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may be retained where required. Data already saved on your phone remains on that device until you delete it. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by another store or payment provider. Cancel any active subscription through the provider shown in your billing settings before requesting deletion.
